Russel Walsh has been an IRTENZ member since 1992 and has had various technical positions in the industry including fleet manager for NZ Post, contracting to NZTA, ITO and EECA in their Fuel Efficiency program. He has served as President. He writes technical bulletins that are published in NZ Trucking magazine.  

Steve Bullot has been an IRTENZ member since 2010. In his early career he was part of the team developing the first NZ assembled Fuso heavy truck in NZ. Other roles followed at NZ Motor Bodies developing and managing production systems for buses and coaches, Palfinger truck, fuel tankers, fire appliances and setting up the assembly and finishing line for Australia’s protected mobility vehicle, the Bushmaster.
